The Civil Legal Aid (Remuneration) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 2014

The Civil Legal Aid (Remuneration) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations (SI 2014/1389) amend the Family Advocacy Scheme (FAS) and introduce the concept of the Advocate’s bundle.
