Summary judgment set aside due to conflict of interest between protected party and litigation friend (Court of Appeal)

In Zarbafi v Zarbafi and others [2014] EWCA Civ 1267, the Court of Appeal considered whether a conflict of interest between the first claimant and the second claimant (for whom the first claimant was acting as a self-appointed litigation friend) constituted appropriate reasons to set aside an order for summary judgment.
