In JX MX (by her mother and litigation friend AX MX) v Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust [2015] EWCA Civ 96, the Court of Appeal considered an appeal from Tugendhat J's decision refusing to grant an anonymity order in respect of Part 8 proceedings (under CPR 21.10) for approval of the settlement of a child's claim.
