The interaction between sections 73 and 73A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (Court of Appeal)

In Lawson Builders Ltd and others v Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government and another [2015] EWCA Civ 122, the Court of Appeal considered the interaction between section 73 (determination of applications to develop land without compliance with conditions previously attached) and section 73A (planning permission for development already carried out) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
22 July 2015: Permission to appeal to the Supreme Court was refused because the application did not raise an arguable point of law of general public importance.
