A summary of the changes to the trade mark laws of member states that are to be introduced under Directive (EU) 2015/2436 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2015 to approximate the laws of the member states relating to trade marks. The note also highlights the corresponding provisions of Regulation (EU) 2015/2424, which amends the European Union Trade Mark Regulation (207/2009/EC) (formerly known as the Community Trade Mark Regulation).
