A Northumberland man pleaded guilty to one offence of operating a regulated facility without a permit contrary to Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 and was fined £1,160 and a victim surcharge of £116 at Berwick magistrates' court on 19 July 2016.
