The 2009 Acas Code of Practice on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures, issued under section 207 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992. The current Code of Practice came into force on 6 April 2009 to coincide with the coming into force of sections 1-3 of the Employment Act 2008, which repealed the statutory dispute resolution procedures.

Previous Codes of Practice issued in 2004 and 2000 are available, but are no longer in force.
