Security assignment of contractual rights

A standard form security assignment of contractual rights, created by a company incorporated in England and Wales in favour of a single corporate lender.
This standard document creates a mortgage by way of assignment over the benefit of specified contracts entered into by the company and over the benefit of specified insurance policies taken out by the company. It does not create fixed or floating charges over contractual rights.
