Compulsory equal pay audits: draft regulations

The government published draft Equality Act 2010 (Equal Pay Audits) Regulations 2014 and its response to consultation on the proposed regulations on 19 June 2014. From 1 October 2014, employment tribunals will be obliged, in certain circumstances, to order employers in breach of equal pay law to conduct equal pay audits.
