Tribunal erred in finding that employee with Asperger's dismissed after criminal conviction suffered discrimination arising from disability (EAT)

In Hensman v Ministry of Defence UKEAT/0067/14, the EAT considered a tribunal's decision that an employee with Asperger's syndrome, dismissed because of his criminal conviction for covertly filming a naked colleague in the shower, had suffered discrimination arising from disability and been unfairly dismissed.
