Court of Appeal backs council's closure of direct transport service
The Court of Appeal has ruled in R (Robson and another) v Salford City Council [2015] EWCA Civ 6 (20 January 2015).
Note: in May 2015 the Supreme Court refused to grant the appellants permission for an appeal. It did so on the basis that the appellants' application did not raise an arguable point of law of general public importance for consideration.
