Insolvency exemption to LASPO funding provisions will not end in April 2015

The exemption afforded to claims by liquidators, administrators and trustees in bankruptcy concerning the abolition of the recoverability of success fees and insurance premiums as a result of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (LASPO) will continue after April 2015.
