In National Crime Agency v Azam [2014] EWHC 4742, the High Court considered whether the claimant was entitled to an order under CPR 32.1 and CPR 33.4 that the defendant could not rely on hearsay evidence, unless he called the witnesses and made them available for cross-examination at trial.
