In Chodiev and others v Stein [2015] EWHC 1428 (Comm), the High Court considered an application to strike out a claim seeking to set aside an earlier judgment on the ground that it was obtained by fraud.
Note: the Court of Appeal has refused permission to appeal this decision (Chodiev and others v Stein [2015] EWCA Civ 1256).
