Court of Appeal guidance on recusal and disclosure obligations for barrister sitting as deputy High Court judge

In Watts v Watts [2015] EWCA Civ 1297, the Court of Appeal considered an appeal against a decision by a barrister, sitting as a deputy High Court judge, not to recuse herself, on the grounds that she had given insufficient disclosure about her involvement as counsel for one of the parties in unrelated litigation.
