In Carreras v United First Partnership Research UKEAT/0266/15, the EAT considered whether the employment tribunal had erred in its approach to a PCP in a reasonable adjustments claim, and also whether it had erred when finding that the employee had not resigned in response to the employer's purported fundamental breach of contract.
