High Court sets aside automatic suspension in NHS procurement dispute

The High Court (Queen's Bench Division) in Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust v NHS Swale Clinical Commissioning Group and another [2016] EWHC 1393 (TCC) (27 May 2016) has set aside the automatic suspension which arose in the proceedings by an NHS Foundation Trust challenging the award of a contract by the defendant Clinical Commissioning Groups.
