Can a sole trader get BPR on a building used for his business?

Is it possible for a sole trader to get BPR on the value of buildings used in connection with the business on death (as well as the value of the business)or is BPR on the value of building only available if they incorporate the business? They have carried on the business for over 2 years and its not an investment business.
