We have had only one response to a recent ITT (sub OJEU threshold) on Contracts Finder - and that was submitted a day out of the time for response in error after we chased the only interested bidder we had become aware of during the period the tender was open - the incumbent supplier. Can we go ahead and award to that sole bidder although the bid was received late, do we need to complete the formal tender scoring process for audit trail purposes , do we need to re tender with no guarantee of more responses?
