Is it essential to list liability that cannot be excluded? Does the expressio unius rule mean that it is worse for the seller to list only some areas that liability cannot be excluded than it is to list none at?

I have a query on the liabilities excluded from the limitations/exclusions. Is it essential to list all of these out, or would it be adequate to simply exclude all liabilities or would the limitation or exclusion of which be unlawful or invalid (i.e. along the lines of 9.1(e))? Similarly, does the expressio unius rule mean that it is worse for the seller to list only some of a-d than it is to list none at-all (in both cases, presuming the general saving provision for liabilities, the limitation or exclusion of which would be unlawful or invalid is included)?
