Practical Law Property would like to invite you to a seminar considering the confusing and sometimes contradictory law of easements. The seminar looks at recent case law, which illustrates some of the pitfalls, how to avoid them and the reforms that have been proposed by the Law Commission.

Our speakers will be Gary Blaker and Paul de la Piquerie both barristers at Selborne Chambers, and both specialising in property litigation.
