Trackers: EU Law

Track developments in EU legislation and regulation

About legislation trackers

Legislation trackers chart the progress of selected key EU law proposals as they go through all stages of the legislative procedure, from European Commission consultation to adoption and publication in the Official Journal.

The information is presented in table format with sections:

  • The "Future regulatory developments" section allows you to quickly see any known future developments regarding a specific European Commission legislative proposal.

  • "Historic regulatory developments" are presented in reverse chronological order. Each entry includes links to official source documents and, where relevant, other Practical Law materials, such as legal updates.

Beside the regulatory developments, the legislation trackers provide subscribers access to relevant background information, such as seminars, stakeholder opinions, and studies.

Legislation trackers will remain on this page for six months after the legislative procedure has been completed, after which they will be moved to the archive page (see EU legislation trackers: archive (www.practicallaw.com/5-509-3633)).
