On February 12, 2016, the International Court of Arbitration at the International Chamber of Commerce, unanimously adopted a Guidance Note for the disclosure of conflicts by arbitrators (Note). This Note furthers the ICC Court's interest in increasing transparency and predictability in the arbitration proceedings administered by the ICC.
