Destinations table: Appeals: 3 October 2016 changes to CPR 52

With effect from 3 October 2016, CPR 52 was replaced with a revised and consolidated version.
This table identifies the location of key appeals provisions for civil and commercial litigators, comparing the current CPR 52 with the former (pre-3 October 2016) CPR 52.
We have also compared the current PDs 52A to 52C with the former (pre-3 October) ones and published a similar destinations table for those. See Practice note, Destinations table: Appeals: 3 October 2016 changes to Practice Directions 52A to 52C.
