Destinations table: Appeals: 3 October 2016 changes to Practice Directions 52A to 52C

With effect from 3 October 2016, most of the Practice Directions supporting CPR 52 were revised. In addition, CPR 52 itself was replaced with a revised and consolidated version.
This table compares the current PDs 52A to 52C with the former (pre-3 October) PDs 52A to 52C, identifying the key appeals provisions for civil and commercial litigators. It should be read in conjunction with Practice note, Destinations table: Appeals: 3 October 2016 changes to CPR 52, which compares the current CPR 52 with the former (pre-3 October) CPR 52.
