Cap on provisional assessment costs (CPR 47.15(5)) does not derogate from Part 36 entitlement to indemnity costs (High Court)

In Lowin v W Portsmouth & Co [2016] EWHC 2301 (QB), the court considered the relationship between CPR 47.15(5) (which caps the costs of a provisional assessment) and CPR 36.17(4) (costs consequences following judgment).
