Time not extended where litigant prevented from attending court office (High Court)

In Croke v Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government and another [2016] EWHC 2484 (Admin), the High Court considered whether a claim form filed after the expiry of the six week statutory time limit should be considered as valid, having regard to the attempt made to file the claim at an earlier stage by the claimant.
