Lord Justice Jackson to undertake review of fixed recoverable costs by 31 July 2017

The Judicial Office announced on 11 November 2016 that Lord Justice Jackson has been commissioned to undertake a review of fixed recoverable costs, to be completed by 31 July 2017.
Note: On 21 November 2016, it was announced that Jackson LJ has extended the original deadline for preliminary written submissions to his review of fixed recoverable costs (16 January 2017) to Monday 23 January 2017 (see Judiciary: Update: Review of fixed recoverable costs).
