Supreme Court hearing of government's appeal in Miller and Santos (Article 50): government's grounds of appeal published and interveners announced

On 18 November 2016, the case of the Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union was published in his appeal to the Supreme Court of the High Court's decision in R (Gina Miller and Deir Tozetti Dos Santos) v The Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union [2016] EWHC 2768 (Admin). The Supreme Court also announced that it granted applications to intervene in the proceedings from, amongst others, the Scottish and Welsh governments.
