Company and director fined a total of £7800 following conviction for environmental permitting offences (Magistrates' Court)

On 26 January 2017, MJ Curle Ltd and its director pleaded guilty at Telford Magistrates’ Court to operating a regulated facility without an environmental permit. The director was fined £1,200. The company was fined £6,600 and ordered to remove 1,700 tons of remaining waste within six months.
