The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2017 (SI 2017/95) were laid before Parliament on 3 February 2017 and will come into force on 6 April 2017 (save for specified provisions that will take effect earlier). The related practice direction making document amends a number of practice directions. Several court forms have also been amended.
